Last weekend, I had a few fabulous friends over. Friends who I thought would be up for a good little tutorial on the art of the cocktail. John Ueding, a local bartender and the head of the Eastside Bartender’s Association (I didn’t know there were such things!), came over and educated us with his expertise and tricks of the trade.
