I have over 10 years of experience working for diverse creative projects across multiple industries. My experience includes creative direction, creative content development, graphic design, interior design and project management for leading organizations including Sotheby’s, Microsoft, CreativeLive, and Penguin Random House. In 2020, I founded Maxwell Creative, leveraging my experience and passion for design, branding and content creation. At Maxwell, we’ve successfully served global clients from London to Hong Kong to Seattle. I was raised in California, Hawaii, and Washington and have traveled all over the world, which has instilled in me a love for immersing myself in cross-cultural experiences, which has informed the way I immerse myself in client’s businesses and projects in a way that allows me to translate their worlds visually. I hold a graduate degree in Cultural & Creative Industries from King's College London.

  • Expertly manage end-to-end digital branding and marketing content production encompassing branding, video, photography, graphic design, and web design for a diverse range of clients who are launching new businesses or offering new products.

  • Mentor and guide creatives in crafting compelling creative briefs, delivering constructive feedback, and aligning content with client goals and objectives. Work with creative professionals coming from diverse backgrounds all around the world, and collaborate effectively.

  • Nurture strong client relationships, ensuring seamless coordination of assets within budget and timeline while meeting and exceeding client expectations. Consistently exploring ways to surprise and delight customers through our process, productivity and deliverables.

Creative Content Consultant

Microsoft 07/2018 – 07/2021

  • Developed content and brand assets for for global business initiatives as part of the Office365 Support Team. These assets were actively engaged with by over 30k support staff worldwide, and the designs we created helped create a sense of connection and community.

  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams throughout Microsoft to execute these creative concepts, utilizing skills in project management, graphic design, video production, branding, UX design, web design, and photography.

  • Created strategic content solutions to drive branding that is centered around the company’s purpose. The company called it “Purpose Design.” Conducted industry trend analysis to develop content that aligns with branding goals.

  • Managed and helped produce photo and video shoots, collaborated with graphic designers, and coordinated with web developers.

  • Served as a dynamic host for a highly popular live educational broadcast, engaging hundreds of thousands of daily viewers and a community of 10+ million. Ensured exceptional content quality and seamless flow during recordings.
